1. Who we are

These terms govern your use of the Nationwide Group client portal (the "Portal") and the services booked through it. The Portal is operated by Nationwide Services-UK Limited, trading as Nationwide Surveyors, Company No: 12010871, registered at 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX ("we", "us", "our").

2. Your account

To use the Portal you must register for an account and provide accurate, up-to-date information about your business and the properties you manage. You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity carried out under your account, including any team members you add.

3. Booking services

Through the Portal you can request inspections and certification services, including EICR, EIC, Gas Safety and EPC reports. Booking a service through the Portal constitutes an order, subject to our standard service terms and any pricing shown at the time of booking.

4. Certificates and reports

Certificates, reports and invoices generated through the Portal are provided for your records and made available for download. It's your responsibility to check the validity dates of any certificate and to book renewal inspections in good time.

5. Team access

Account holders can invite colleagues to access their portfolio with role-based permissions. You're responsible for managing who has access to your account and for removing access when a team member leaves your organisation.

6. Acceptable use

Don't use the Portal to submit false or misleading property information.
Don't attempt to access another client's account or data.
Don't use the Portal in any way that could disrupt or damage its operation.

7. Liability

We aim to keep the Portal available and accurate, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Portal.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll let registered clients know of any material changes.
